Author brings the history of Mexican food in America to Esri

REDLANDS >> Gustavo Arellano brought the pages of his book, "Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America," to life at the recent Redlands Forum at Esri.

The publisher and editor of OC Weekly gave hundreds in attendance Thursday a lesson on the United States' love of Mexican food, dating back to the late 1800s with the first two dishes made popular, chili con carne and tamales.
